Love City Global is an apostolic fathering and leadership development ministry serving aspiring, emerging, and established leaders in the Kingdom of God.
Our apostolic focus is to nurture, equip, and prepare leaders for the work God has entrusted to them. We help leaders develop spiritual maturity, strengthen their character, clarify their calling, and build the practical capacity to lead and serve effectively.
We serve pastors, ministry and auxiliary leaders, parachurch leaders, entrepreneurs, and believers whose assignments place them in business and corporate leadership. We recognize that God calls people to serve Him both within the church and throughout society.
Through biblical teaching, prayer, spiritual fathering, mentoring, coaching, and training, Love City Global provides a community where leaders can grow and receive guidance as they pursue their assignments.
What We Mean by Spiritual Fathering
Spiritual fathering is an intentional relationship that nurtures a leader's spiritual growth, character, and readiness to fulfill their calling. It includes encouragement, instruction, prayer, honest counsel, correction, and accountability within a relationship of trust and mutual respect.
At Love City Global, spiritual fathering helps leaders deepen their relationship with Christ, exercise sound judgment, and accept responsibility for their decisions. Its purpose is to develop mature leaders who can faithfully carry their assignments and help others grow.
Relationships involving apostolic covering are entered into intentionally, with clear expectations concerning guidance, accountability, communication, and the responsibilities of everyone involved.
