Dr. Derrick Traylor is the Founder and Senior Leader of Love City Global. His work brings together ministry leadership, education, coaching, and organizational development to help leaders clarify their purpose and strengthen their capacity to serve.
An Assistant Professor in the Human Services program at Capella University, Dr. Traylor also brings executive leadership experience in nonprofit and healthcare settings. His approach connects spiritual formation with practical leadership development, recognizing that leaders need both depth of character and the skills to carry their responsibilities well.
Through Love City Global, he provides spiritual fathering, teaching, mentoring, and coaching for leaders serving in churches, ministries, businesses, and corporate environments. His commitment is to help people develop their God-given gifts, grow in maturity, and lead with purpose and integrity.
